Our services
To our clients, customers, partners and Employers:
Since 2003, I’m Worth It! have provided wrap around services for populations pertaining to to the homeless, mental health/illness and drug/alcohol dependency.
We have found United Development Services is needed for there is an increasing population of individuals in need of employment in Baltimore City, surrounding counties and the State Of Maryland, and as a whole.
Clients who live with mental health and physical disabilities are in need of customized plans and direct support centered programs.
Many individuals that have special programs such as United Development Services , training, and employment could benefit from community-based work.
We contract with state and local health, human services, vocational and educational agencies in Maryland.
We currently to date served over 300 clients with supported employment services and have provided assistance for up to 1,000 individuals.

We encourage Personal Customized Plans, structure a team which consist of the clients, their families and the contracted agency to meet the most positive outcome and goals for the clients.

Training And Support
Training and support needs will be outlined in your Person-centered plan and will include transportation needs, employment training, and medical/behavioral supports. Employments consultation services will be provided directly by UNITED DEVELOPMENT SERVICES team and will provide job search skills training, job development, resume development, mock interview training, job coaching and life skills development.
Our USD team will work with you to keep you obtain gainful employment and transition successfully into your new employment. We also help to foster social and co-worker relationships.
Community-Based Employment
We believe our clients biggest disability is overcoming the stigma that many businesses may have pertaining to this demographic of clients. We provide the necessary training and the business, plus the employees to help integrate the client into the workplace in order to facilitate a comfortable environment and levels of independence on the job-site
Customer Services
United Development Services delivers committed and effective services by creating a Personal Customized Plans individualized program based on the needs of the client. Our goal is focused on delivering services to achieve the desired outcomes. Services must be provided in a cost effective manner to serve the client and utilize the funds available to the client. We provide the Personal Customized Plans and programs as the focus for the goals accomplished and individual success.

Job search and placement assistance
We provide active support in finding suitable job opportunities, crafting effective resumes, and preparing for interviews to secure employment.
Workplace skill development
Enhance your professional skills with our workshops and training programs, focusing on communication, teamwork, and other essential workplace competencies.
Ongoing job coaching retention support
Our commitment extends beyond placement. We offer continuous support to ensure long-term success and address any challenges that may arise in the workplace.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
UNITED DEVELOPMENT SERVICES believes in Client satisfaction pertaining to both the clients and employment partners. Through the outcome tracking the UDS team can monitor the quality of services and professionalism of our team.
The client as well as the service coordinator, receives a Customer Satisfaction Survey at all monthly planning meetings. All employers will receive Satisfaction Surveys once we have facilitated a placement at the partnering company of employment. Tracking tools are utilized to outline the progress we have made on behalf of the client.
In addition to tracking and surveys members of our Management Team will attend Monthly/Quarterly Review Meetings with the clients referral agency.
